99 Public Affairs is a European public affairs consultancy supporting innovative companies, startups, scale-ups, mid-sized companies, and industrial stakeholders in their relations with EU institutions and policymakers. Our mission is to help economic actors anticipate European regulatory developments, ensure their voices are heard in the public debate, and turn legislative challenges into strategic development opportunities. We have developed expertise in emerging energy sectors, in particular natural hydrogen, as well as in geothermal energy and subsurface-related issues. These still underrepresented sectors at EU level require stronger institutional and regulatory recognition. We support their stakeholders in contributing to the development of appropriate political, regulatory, and financial frameworks that foster their growth.
