The research federation IPRA (CNRS-UPPA) gathers the multidisciplinary skills in mathematics, engineering sciences and geosciences. Those complementary skills allow to conduct both modelling studies and experimental investigations, as well as numerical simulations, targeting the exploration and production of geo-resources and the energy transition. One of the laboratories hosts two INRIA project teams, namely Makutu (3D geophysical imaging) and Cagire (study of internal aerodynamic flows). IPRA actively collaborates with industrial companies.
